The Healing Rodeo Roundup is a high energy, culturally grounded wellness gathering designed to bring families, neighbors, and riders together around health, movement, and empowerment.
This experience honors the legacy, grit, and excellence of Black rodeo culture while creating space for preventive care, maternal wellness, nourishment, healing, and community power.
This event is designed as a community centered wellness gathering organized into six Empowerment Zones. Each zone reflects a dimension of health that moves beyond individual behavior and into collective wellbeing. Together, they create a full experience that integrates movement, preventive care, nourishment, healing, family support, and civic engagement.
A consistent thread throughout the fair will highlight pregnancy and postpartum care, recognizing maternal health as foundational to family stability and long term community outcomes.

Step into an experience rooted in culture, connection, and collective empowerment.
We’ll open with a grounding welcome, followed by movement demonstrations throughout the day to energize and inspire.
You’ll experience powerful spotlight moments on maternal and family health, along with real community stories around pregnancy and postpartum care.
We’ll close with a collective activation, inviting you to stay connected, take action, and carry the wellness forward.
